•Caramel coated
precooked
meatballs (Armour Brand)
•Dole pineapple Chunks in Juice
•Orange Juice •Brown sugar
•Maple syrup •Soyu sauce
•Lemon Juice •Corn starch to thicken
mix 1/2 cup OJ, 2tbl spn lemon juice,
2 tbl spn soyu sauce, 1/2
cup brown sugar,
2 tbl spn maple syrup, juice from pineapple can
and thicken on medium heat with corn starch.
Pour over meatballs,
add Pineapple chunks.
Serve with toothpicks
